SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING TIME:
Depending on items in the order, processing time may take 1-3 business days from the time payment is received as many products are made to order. Items will be shipped as soon as your products are ready. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your package has been sent out.
SHIPPING:
Toronto orders will be shipped via Local Delivery Services as a way to support the community. All other orders will be shipped through Canada Post using the most economical option available unless otherwise requested.
CH Studio is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged by the courier services.
RECYCLE:
Packages are wrapped in as much recyclable material as possible. We try to reuse wrapping and packaging materials as much as we can.
RETURN POLICY
If there are issues with your purchase, please message us so that we can figure out a way to resolve them.
Please note that all products are handmade in small batches and will vary from the exact image shown in the gallery. All of the ingredients are consistent across the board. So even if something looks slightly different, all the same product benefits are there.
The cost of shipping for any lost packages or returns will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for the cost of all shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges.
CH Studio will not be liable for any shipping addresses that have been provided incorrectly. Your order will be shipped to the mailing address provided. Sales are only available for the province of Ontario for the time being. If you complete a purchase, you have agreed to our terms.
